Back to the Basics
I want to get back to the basics a little because even though supplements can help, you won’t get the full effects if you don’t have your diet and training in line. No one starts with a massive ripped physique, it takes years of development and a solid foundation. Just look at these photos of the legendary Austrian Oak to see his development over the years.
So over the next few weeks here’s what you’ll be getting.
Training information – different types of training plans, how to avoid over training, optimal sets/reps for growth/strength/cutting, find out what will work for you
Diet information – when is the best time to eat, what you should be eating, how many calories you need for bulking/cutting/maintenence, protein vs carbs vs fats
Recovery information – sleep is so important, growing out of the gym, foods and supplements to aid in recovery
Cardio exercise – when is the best time to do cardio, what type of cardio should you be doing, why you need to do cardio even when bulking
Supplements – basics of supplements, top three supplements you should using, timing for your supplements
I know it’s a lot of information and I hope it’s helpful for some of you. These are things that I’ve learned work for me over 20+ years of working out. We are all different and have different requirements, but some things are common to all of us. If you have any questions at all or have experienced something different please leave a comment, it could help everyone out there reading this.
I’m looking forward to writing up these basics and sharing them with you, please take the time to subscribe to my feed and get this delivered right to your reader. It takes just seconds to do and makes sure you won’t miss anything.
